Immersive Virtual Reality Experiences in Richmond, VA

Very helpful staff fun games

Pelgos VR is not only fun but a really nice place to relax while your kids play! The food and service were top notch. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our first time experience at Pelagos VR!!! I don’t even like zombies but I loved those ones haha customer service was TOP NOTCH! Thank you all for such a flawless experience.

Took my wife here for her birthday and glad I did. Ryan and all of the staff were awesome. We had reservations, but a slight wait because of technical issues. Ryan called in advanced and explained the situation and the wait was not bad at all. The pirate virtual escape room game we played was a lot of fun. We will definitely be back.

This experience was one of the best VR experiences we have ever had, and we’ve tried the local sandbox in Henrico This Place had great ambience as well as the option of beverages food along with designated areas for escape room, VR and limitless. VR. Overall I would get this place in a plus and their family owned. THANKS COLLIN!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Pelagos was SO much fun!! We went for a birthday celebration, and it honestly ended up being one of the highlights of the weekend. 😂 From start to finish, the staff was friendly, helpful, patient, and made sure our whole group had a great time. The VR experience was hilarious, competitive, and way more immersive than I expected. We were laughing, yelling, talking trash, and fully invested like we were really inside the game. 😂 Even if you’ve never done VR before, they make it super easy to get comfortable and jump right in.The customer service really stood out too. We never felt rushed, everything was explained well, and the staff helped make the birthday experience feel special. We had an absolute blast and will definitely be back.10/10

So much fun! We've been twice -- grownups, and the entire family. A great, interactive puzzle solving adventure for the whole family.

We had such an amazing experience at Pelagos VR! This was our first time trying virtual reality, and Katie made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and did an amazing job explaining everything step-by-step, making sure we understood how to use the equipment before getting started. The setup was incredibly smooth, and Katie made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Her knowledge and great customer service really stood out and made our first VR experience even better. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Pelagos VR to anyone, especially first-timers. We’ll absolutely be back!

We had such an amazing experience at Pelagos VR! Ren, Katie, and Jake were absolutely awesome—friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. It was such a great family experience, and we had SO much fun playing the Arizona Sunrise VR game! 🎮🔥Everyone had a great time, and we were already talking about what we want to try next. If you’re looking for something fun to do with family or friends, I definitely recommend checking out Pelagos VR. We’ll be back! 🙌🏾

A fun sunday at this spot! Bring the kids and also play along!

More than what I could even imagine! So many different games to choose from, friendly staff, and cold beer! Loved my date here!!!

A great experience, had a lot of fun. They have a good variety of games, a nice relaxing space, nice and inviting staff. Overall a great vibe

10/10 would do this again. The staff are so friendly and the games are so much fun.

Very fun experience with impeccable service. Aser was an awesome host!

First time coming here and we had a blast. Aser was great he explained everything to us before the game started. Recommend for a double date night. We'll definitely be back

Arizona was amazing. Jean and kearin were phenomenal

They were very patient and very nice to us. Really enjoyed the experience with these guys they run a nice business

Thanks guys for my 1st experience at this place. Hopefully ASCV and Pelagos VR will collaborate again in the future.

This place is great! My friend and I just finished up. They serve soft alcohol, there's room for up to 5 people per party. The family was super nice and there's plenty of options. Great location if you want to try VR. Do it, do it now!

Avery was a great guide and I really enjoyed my first experience here.

Had a great time!

I HAD FUN!!! nice experience!

Had a great time here. If you've never experienced a good VR place, This is the one to go to.Our first time and it was truly awesome! Very realistic. The assault on your senses is incredible. To the point where my wife kept telling me too be careful. (Even though she knew in her mind that what we were seeing was not real!)We will definitely go back!

Amazing! Staff are wonderful and me & my 6 year old son always have the best experience! Seeya Monday

Incredible birthday party experience! The team at Pelagos are fantastic, engaging, so wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!!

I came here with my partner on 8/15/26 for our anniversary. I have never been a fan of VR or escape rooms, I actually kind of dreaded coming here (it was my partners choice activity). Man can I tell you how wrong I was! I had a blast, and it has completely changed my opinions on VR+Escape Rooms entirely. The staff are amazing and so kind 🥹 I am so excited to come back!!! GO HERE!!!! SUPPORT THEM 🫶

Fantastic rooms, very entertaining! I like the shoot-em-ups too

Very fun experience and the staff is amazing!

So much fun! I have an Oculus at home so wasn't expecting too much excitement, but it really was such a fun and unique experience. We did patient zero at the high action arena and I was amazed at how immersive the experience was, with trackers on your feet, hands, back, and the haptic gun with multiple weapon modes. I was also worried 25 minutes may not be enough time, but it turned out to be perfect given how intense the gameplay was. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. I hope to go back again soon!

First time doing a VR experience and man was it a blast!! The staff was very helpful and hospitable. The vibes and atmosphere of the whole experience was exhilarating!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Had a great time! Very fun, very interactive and the staff was amazing!! Great place, owned and ran by great people.

Had a great guys afternoon here yesterday! The staff were very friendly and outgoing, the place is huge, with several different VR options. We did both the Patient One VR room, and the Arizona Sunshine VR stands - they were both alot of fun, well worth the expense. We will be back!!

Such an amazing experience for our family! Wonderful staff and awesome facility!

Amazing experience and even better customer service!!!Great family fun!!!

Acer was amazing and so was the experience! Would come back again for sure!

Really chill staff. Anybody thinking about pulling up should definitely go.

So much fun I loved it !

Best place! Acer was awesome. Thanks so much.

Great place to have some fun, staff was friendly and informative, Acer was the best!!! Definitely coming back!

Had a very fun time with my cousins here!

Gamemasters were incredibly kind and helpful and the experience was amazing. Will definitely be back!

Super helpful, welcoming, easygoing staff, and a great overall experience. Awesome tech and a fun time!

Good hospitality.. staff are amazing and gameplay was incredible definitely recommend and will be coming back

So much fun! Definitely coming back to do all of the other vr experiences!

Great service with Aser

Had such a great time ! All staff was friendly professional and polite! Kieryn was great !! Soo much fun ☺️ we will be back

This place was amazing. The games were fun, the staff was incredibly informative, and Katie did a great job as our host. We will absolutely be driving 90 minutes to come back to this location. If you're on the fence, definitely try it out.

Such a fun experience! We played Patient Zero and it was a great course for a beginner like me. They were very welcoming and gave great instructions to make sure we were safe. I would definitely come back.

Place has options and offered a really good environment. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience! The staff was great at explaining everything (we had an 8 and 11yo). We compared prices at different VR locations, and for the price and experience time, Pelagos was not only the best experience for the price, but the place is clean, has great staff, great food, and just overall great fun! We will definitely be back!

Pelagos VR was so much fun! Went with our family and LOVED it! The game was amazing and felt so real! The shooting was accurate and we all laughed so much. We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone-families, casual players and serious gamers! The place is beautiful and we can't wait to come back to eat and hang out!

A really great experience and a lot of fun! Lots of extras to make the event special.

I've hosted our third company event here. Each time the staff was great with helping everyone feel comfortable playing the games. The owners are there being hands on to make sure everything is perfect! We had it catered and the food is some of the best I've had. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The setup is not of a normal business box setup, but of a nice boutique great for one on one date night or large company gatherings. I'm giving it a 5 star only because that's the limit. A must!!!

Had a blast at Pelagos! Definitely a great place to check out if you’re looking for a cool experience or something different. The staff were friendly, energetic, and accommodating!

Great time for a group of friends!

This was an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend for a group of friends to check out!

Awesome experience!!

Amazing experience, even more amazing environment and host! Go check it out!

My family and I were there just a few days ago. And we cannot stop talking about it. Nor can we stop watching videos or looking at photos. I've spread the word to other family members. We're going back. We had such a great time. And for myself personally, I burnt a lot of calories.I would love to say thank you to Katy Burke, a k a godmother, she was a wonderful host.As well as the gentleman that was at the front desk.I do wanna thank you so much for the fan for the glass of water for the laughs for the character interaction with us.We are wrapping up the end of our vacation and I can't wait to get back to work to show people all about this place. And actually bring some of my team members here for a team workshop. If you're looking for something fun to do. If you love video games, if you want to build teamwork. If you're just into fantasy or virtual reality, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it. I actually stepped outside of my shell with my family, and I am so happy that we did so!!!

This was awesome! First time doing VR and I was blown away at how fun it was. The staff were exceptional with high energy that really made the experience enjoyable.

We loved the high action arena!! We fought zombies and it was super fun 😄!

I took my son to Pelagos VR for his 14th birthday, and he had an amazing experience! From beginning to end, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. Special kudos to Katie for going above and beyond to make us feel so welcome, and to Acer for jumping in to play with my son. Since he was the only player, their kindness and willingness to make the experience special meant so much. We truly appreciated how welcomed and included he felt. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making his birthday so memorable!

It genuinely was so much fun! I can’t wait to come back. One of the best all around experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you Pelagos VR for everything!

HAD A BLAST! Will def be going back

Awesome experience, friendly staff!

Such an amazing experience!!!

So much fun 🤩!! If you’re looking for an interactive experience with family or friends highly recommend! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

They did a fantastic job hosting my 13 year olds birthday party with 4 of his friends. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. A great family owned business. And the kids had a blast! 10/10 - We will come again.

Me and my son went last night ,Had a great time The Owner and Staff are wonder people great ,Good place to take your kids and so many games to choose from me and my son are coming back next week 🙌

Had one hell of an experience! Had a blast with my family! Will definitely be coming back!

The experience was great

My wife and I brought our 12 year old nephew to Pelagos for our big night together while he was in town and man, did we earn some cool aunt points! We did the Depths of Osisris and the graphics and immersion was incredible and responsive. We were lucky enough to have 'Godmother' offering little hints and help along the way that definitely made is a smooth and enjoyable experience for all of us. She cracked us up too! The space was welcoming and well designed, and with how excited our nephew was I'm sure we'll be back to try their other offerings! If you've got a preteen/teen and you want a fun adventure with them check Pelagos out!

This place is freaking awesome!! I went with a group of close friends and we had a great time. We laughed at each other while working together against the clock. So much fun! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They even shared video of us, giving us a good laugh all over again. These VR escape rooms are a must try. So many different scenarios. There's guaranteed to be one that'll peek your interest.

Fantastic experience! Joan, Katy, and the whole team were amazing and made our team event the best! The VR escape room was really fun and an expanded take on traditional escape rooms, while the high action arena was intense and what you would anticipate from a VR experience. A few of our team members also tried out the limitless roam and museum options for something different. Joan was really great to coordinate the event for our group of 15 including drinks and food. When we told other teams about our experience we got a lot of comments like "wish our team did that" or "we're definitely going to do that next team."I would highly recommend this for a team event or a fun time with family and friends!

Awesome experience. The staff are amazing and the games are out of this world

We did a company event here on Friday afternoon and it was an awesome experience. The staff was fantastic and the games are super cool. Would highly recommend!

A excellent thing for teens and adults of all ages. Had blast. Katie was our helper and she was amazing and made it even more exciting and enjoyable.

Took my son here for getting honor roll and absolutely LOVED it. Will definitely be here again soo

This was our first experience with VR and Pelagos VR did not disappoint. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable - our group had a fantastic time - definitely check them out!

Had a blast at this place!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was explained in great detail. I will definitely be back.

Great staff! Great food! Very immersive! Very inclusive of people with autism.

Let me tell you!! My family and I had a blast! We put an end to the zombies once and for all and survived to play another day. Katy aka Godmother painted the best experience before we put on our VR Gear. Do yourself a favor and come have fun!

Amazing time qualifying my daughter as my point person for the zombie apocalypse!

Crazy cool experience! If you’ve never tried VR before, this place is the spot to get started!

The experience here was amazing and it is a blast for any party.

Had an amazing time ( a must go )

Went late Friday night because wanted to take my younger brother out for his birthday. He had tried the other VR place, zero latency and had a good time. I thought this place was cool because of the walking pads. I ended up calling the place to see if they had any opening. Collin picked up the phone and explained all their experiences to me. I came in and he was extremely kind and helpful to me and my brother. He even gave my brother warm cookies for his birthday. He setup the experience and answered all questions we had. He gave us extra time to play, allowed us to switch games, and helped us when we got uncomfortable in the vr. He showed us around the building which was awesome. The style we did was difficult, but still great. Walking wasn’t as intuitive as I thought in the games. The in person shooting games seem really fun though and I’ll have to try that out. If you have the option, go for one of the larger rooms as opposed to the harness we did, but everything was amazing, especially the support from Collin

As always, a wonderfully fun experience with the absolute best staff!!! My favorite VR place!!!!

It was so fun and the experience seem so real I absolutely loved it and recommend to others.

it was sooooo amazing. i had so much fun. will be back again!

Amazing fun

My son kept asking and I finally caved in. Great experience and super friendly staff. 10/10

Super friendly staff and the experience as a whole was amazing. Fun for the family or a date night.

Really fun! Enjoyed it recommend 10/10 for friend group outings & date!

STOP. Don’t think. Don’t scroll. Just GO.Put Pelagos VR in your GPS, grab your girl, your man, your friends, your coworkers… or just yourself and GO. Trust me on this one. From the outside? You might drive past it like I did and think, “oh… just another gaming place.”Absolutely not.I don’t play video games. Like… at all. And somehow, I walked out of there completely hooked. My daughter and I originally signed up for one game in the back room. My boyfriend joined last minute… and by the time we finished? We didn’t even hesitate. We booked our next experience THAT SAME NIGHT. That’s how fast it went from “let’s try this” to “we need more.”Now let me add something important…I am a HUGE germaphobe. And my daughter already has a VR at home, so I wasn’t easily impressed. But THIS place? They take cleanliness seriously. I’m talking UV lights, wipes, and multiple sanitization methods to make sure everything is top tier clean. And trust me… it needs to be because this is a FULL. BODY. WORKOUT. 😅Pro tips:Wear comfortable clothes.Drink plenty of water.…unless you’re playing the zombie game and have a weak bladder, then maybe hydrate after because survival instincts get REAL in there 😂If you want to laugh until your stomach hurts…If you need something DIFFERENT to do…If you’re tired of the same old date nights or outings…This is it.Even if you’re not playing, just being there is an experience. Watching everyone else, the reactions, the energy… it’s entertainment on its own.And let’s not skip over this part:Great food. Great drinks. And prices that don’t make you question your life choices after having fun.The staff? 10/10. From the first phone call to check-in, to guiding you through the games… they don’t just work there, they elevate the entire experience. They’re part of the fun.The best way I can describe it?It felt like stepping into Ready Player One meets Resident Evil with a splash of Nickelodeon Guts and Tekken energy. Pure adrenaline, nostalgia, and chaos in the best way. There is literally something for everyone… even virtual escape rooms.Honestly? I still feel like I’m underselling it.Just GO. You’ll understand the second you step inside the game.

This place was absolutely awesome!!

Such a great time! Thank you for an amazing Friday night family friendly and super adult time too!

Very nice area and experience! Everyone was very nice. We got a tour and learned more of the behind the scenes of the virtual reality rooms and escape rooms!

Greatest 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Great place I had fun with my friends if u can't find anything to do check this place out

Would not recommend the Virtualizer if you easily get carsick. Otherwise, the staff are personable and explain things well and the drinks aren't half bad either.

A party of 4 mid 60s adults had a blast at the escape room. We were new to the vr escape room experience but the owner was our personal guide and he explained everything and we found ourselves easily slipping into the world of dragons and castles. The facility was spotless, the equipment sanitized after each use, they had lockers for our personal effects. We are gonna go back and be more adventurous and try killing some zombies.

5 star experience! I had my son’s 15th Birthday celebration there this past weekend and it was awesome. His friends had an amazing time with him on his special day. We got to enjoy the virtual high action arena, the escape room, and the limitless roam vr. Joan and her family, as well as the staff just went above and beyond and we’ll be returning for sure.

Was really a fun experience. Katie was really helpful

Had a blast and Godmother was so fun to have as our guide. I was a little scared at first but it was so funnn!!!!

I think it's a fantastic way to bond and have some out-of-this-world fun together. Definitely recommend it for any group looking for a good time! ✨#VRfun #TeamBuilding #VirtualReality #GoodTimes

Had such a fun time here! Amazing atmosphere and staff. Will definitely be back!

So much fun! I’ve done a VR arcade before but it was no where near as cool as this experience! The staff is amazing & they did a great job of walking us through the set up & game so we could go straight into play. Definitely will be back!
