Private Events Made Simple
Every company event at Pelagos VR is fully private—the entire venue is reserved just for your group. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering of 6 or a full-scale company event for up to 45 guests, we’ll make sure it feels seamless and personalized.
Team-building events are typically scheduled during the day (8 AM – 5 PM) for 2 hours or more.
Other company events—like celebrations, client socials, and after-hours gatherings—are usually held on weekday evenings (5 PM – 10 PM), also in blocks of 2+ hours.
We’re flexible and can host your event whenever it works best for your team. If your preferred time falls during our public hours, Pelagos will close to ensure your event remains completely private.
