Urban Assault VR Tournament
POSTED TOURNAMENT RULES
Sportsmanship. Pelagos VR will not abide with any poor sportsmanship. We reserve the right to remove teams or players unable to control themselves.
Sign Ups. While you may sign up for the Urban Assault VR Tournament on Google Forms, we will collect payment when you arrive. There is a $20 per person buy in.
Age. Participants in this tournament must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver and be present while you are at Pelagos VR.
Team Size. This is a duo’s tournament, so you may bring a friend to sign up with, or arrive solo to be paired with another solo.
Tech Issues. In the event of a technical error to be remedied, players must adhere to the referee’s call to stop action and remain still without firing as the issue is resolved. Pelagos VR will do everything within our power to avoid this situation.
Mindfulness. Please be careful and follow staff instructions when handling any equipment in Pelagos VR.
Equipment. You must use Pelagos VR’s headsets and trackers. Our systems cannot support personal equipment. Please treat all equipment with care and respect.
Outside Food and Beverage. You are welcome to bring a water bottle, but other outside food and drink are restricted. Food and drink are available at the bar.
Alcohol. You are limited to 1 alcoholic beverage order before playing. If you are eliminated, you are welcome to order drinks at your own, responsible pace. Those under 21 may not order alcoholic drinks; we offer soft drinks as well.
Forfeiture. Leaving the tournament early, being expelled due to breaking rules, or any other reason barring a personal emergency do not entitle you to a refund of your buy-in.
